Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 07, 2026
This page explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We've kept it short and in plain English.
1. Who we are
Rivaro Marketing ("Rivaro," "we," "us") is a B2B marketing agency based in India. This policy covers how we collect and use personal information when you visit rivaromarketing.com, book a call with us, or hear from us by email.
Questions? Email khushi@rivaromarketing.com.
2. What we collect
What you give us
- When you book a call: your name, email, company name, website URL, budget range, answers to our booking questions, and your phone number if you choose to share it.
- When you email us: anything you include in your message.
What's collected automatically
- Pages you visit, time on each page, clicks and scrolls, device and browser type, IP address, approximate location (country or city), and how you found us.
- Where the law requires it, this only happens after you accept cookies.
3. How we use it
- To reply to you and run the calls you book
- To review your website and business before a call, so the call is useful to you
- To understand which pages work and improve the site
- To show our ads to people who've visited the site
- To meet legal requirements
We don't use your information for anything unrelated to these purposes.
4. Cookies and tracking
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Pixels and tags are small pieces of code that work in a similar way. Here's what we use and why.
| Type | Tool | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Our website | Keeps the site working, like remembering your cookie choice. Always on. |
| Analytics | Google Analytics | Shows us visitor stats, like which pages people read. |
| Analytics | Microsoft Clarity | Heatmaps and session recordings. Text you type into fields is masked. |
| Advertising | Meta Pixel | Measures our ads and shows them to past visitors on Facebook and Instagram. |
| Advertising | LinkedIn Insight Tag | Measures our ads and shows them to past visitors on LinkedIn. |
| Booking | Cal.com | May set its own cookies so call booking works. |
Your choices
- Use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page to change your choices at any time.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- To opt out of Google Analytics on all sites, use Google's opt-out add-on.
For California residents: We don't sell personal information for money. California law can treat using ad pixels for retargeting as "sharing." You can opt out by rejecting advertising cookies in Cookie settings.
5. If we contacted you first
We sometimes email business professionals whose work matches what we offer, for Rivaro and for our clients.
- What we use: name, work email, job title, company, and public professional information.
- Where we get it: business data providers and public sources, like company websites and LinkedIn.
- Why: relevant B2B outreach. We only contact people in roles where our service makes sense.
- Your choice: reply "remove" to any email, or write to khushi@rivaromarketing.com. We'll stop contacting you and delete your data, keeping only a minimal record so we don't contact you again.
6. Who we share it with
- Service providers that help us run the business, including Google (Workspace and Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity), Meta, LinkedIn, Cal.com, our email outreach tools, and our website host. They can only use your data to provide their service to us.
- Team members and contractors who help deliver our work. They access data only as needed, under confidentiality.
- Legal reasons: if the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
- Business changes: if Rivaro is restructured, merged, or sold, data may move to the new owner under this same policy.
7. International transfers
We're based in India, and our tools are run by companies that may store data in other countries, mainly the US. These providers use recognised safeguards for international transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Legal basis
This section applies to visitors in the UK and EU.
- Consent: for analytics and advertising cookies
- Steps toward working together: for booking and preparing for calls
- Legitimate interest: for replying to emails, B2B outreach, and keeping the site secure
- Legal obligation: where the law requires us to keep or share data
9. How long we keep it
- Booking and email data: while we're talking or working together. If no work follows, we delete it within 24 months.
- Outreach data: while it's relevant. If you opt out, we delete it right away, apart from the "do not contact" record.
- Analytics data: for each tool's set retention period, for example 14 months for Google Analytics.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the UK, EU, Canada, Singapore, UAE, India, and some US states), you can ask us to:
- Show you the data we hold about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Stop using it for marketing
- Withdraw your consent at any time
Email khushi@rivaromarketing.com and we'll reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
You can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner in Canada, or the PDPC in Singapore.
11. Third-party links
Our site links to other sites, like LinkedIn. This policy only covers rivaromarketing.com, so please check those sites' own privacy policies.
12. Children
This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.
13. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your data, such as secure tools, limited access, and HTTPS. No system is 100% secure, but we take this seriously.
14. Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, we change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll make it clear on the site.
